SYNOPSIS:

Ace and commander of legendary No. 303 Polish Fighter Squadron, in the rank of Squadron Leader, and then as Wing Commander. Decorated with Virtuti Militari, two times with Distinguished Flying Cross, and four times with Polish Cross of Valour (Krzyż Walecznych). He earned the nickname "Donald" because all of their aircraft carried a cartoon of Donald Duck with baseball bat on the fuselage. Zumbach was a rebellious person and adventurer. After the war he became a smuggler and a mercenary, but always helped nations willing to liberate from "parasites".
