SYNOPSIS:
A young soldier, Marcus Vinicius, returns to Rome after a victorious war campaign.The city is overwhelmed by rule of despotic Nero and seized by mistrust and fear. But no one suspects that here, in the city which held its order for almost a millennium, will unfold an idea, that change the destiny of the world - Christianity. Neither does Marcus. When he falls in love with a beautiful Christian girl, Lygia, he soon finds out that the biggest battle of his life is still ahead of him.
